I forgot the real name, just call it Nachos. Mooon Cafe (Guadalupe, Cebu City) Perfect way to start a meal. The tortillas are prepared at Mooon Cafe. They taste rather starchy but are not nakaka-umay. Topped with beef and super melty cheese. By Eirene
