Souvlaki, Manos Greek Taverna, Tagaytay City
We were all excited to try out the food in this homey, hole-in-the-wall resto in Tagaytay. I’ve already had my fill of tzatziki before this meal arrived, but I just had to finish this perfectly seasoned pork souvlaki. It came with tzatziki (again) and a few vegetables on the side. I hope to come back to try the lamb shawarma next time!
