Eight Treasure Soup with Winter Melon Cubes, Causeway (Timog Ave., Quezon City) Bland when not piping hot. We ordered it just because of its funky name. But when we asked the waitress why so, she just shrugged. Well, we tried to come up with an explanation: 1) pork 2) squid 3) crab meat 4) shrimp 5) liver 6) green peas 7) mushrooms 8) fish meat. Plus winter melon locally known as kundol. Then this food blog concept was born.
